Frances Roy serves as Founder and CEO of LeaderSync.
Frances led Talent Management at Ascension Health, the largest Catholic and nonprofit health system and employs more than 150,000 associates in over 1,500 locations in 23 states. She served as the principal strategist and architect for developing and implementing strategies and frameworks across the System for the “Talent Stewardship Life Cycle.” This includes workforce intelligence and planning, talent attraction and acquisition, associate engagement, organizational effectiveness, leader development, succession planning, and planned talent movement, development, performance and retention.
Before moving to her present role, Frances served as VP of Leadership Development for the Hospital Corporation of America. Frances had served as a consultant for HCA for over 20 years before being employed by the company. She was President of Frances Roy and Associates, a leadership development and consulting firm that provided HR consulting, executive coaching, training and development, and employee assistance services to corporations. Previous to this, she was Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state real estate investment/property management company.
After completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Business at Vanderbilt University, she was an insurance broker at Lloyd’s of London. When she returned to the States, she completed her Masters and Doctorate Degree in Counseling and Organizational Consulting at Vanderbilt.
